We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Put the finishing touch on your table with this practical 300ml jug from House Doctor's Rustic collection. Ideal for use as an everyday milk jug, or for dessert sauce, gravy or salad dressing. Made from stoneware, it has a greyish blue glaze with a contrasting, dark rim. A large handle adds balance to the design.
Because it is microwave safe, you can quickly heat the contents with no extra mess. Put it on the table with the rest of the Rustic range or with dinnerware in similar shades for a tonal look.
Due to the nature of the glaze and surface, scratches might occur over time as you use your Rustic item. This simply adds to the charm and rugged appeal of the design.

Yes, Gift Vouchers are a great way to give someone a Christmas Gift from Lifestory. Our vouchers work both in store and online for maximum convenience. They last for 12 months from date of purchase.
How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
