We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Created from 100% recycled silver, these organically formed studs are all unique in shape with an effortless flow in their design. A minimal, easy to wear style, these lightweight studs are perfect for everyday wear.

- Size: Approx Xmm across
- Materials: 100% Recycled 925 sterling silver. Working from a small studio in Norwich using eco-friendly methods, all items are individually & ethically handmade using recycled metals.
- Care: Try and avoid your jewellery coming into contact with perfumes, skin products and hair products. Remove when exercising, swimming, showering, or sleeping. Store your jewellery in a dry, airtight place. Damp or hot conditions will cause the jewellery to tarnish Wipe your jewellery clean with a soft cloth before returning it to storage to remove any body oils and dirt.
Cleaning your jewellery:
Step 1: Mix 1 tsp. mild liquid dish soap with lukewarm water in a small bowl.
Step 2: Dip a soft cloth in the soapy water, then gently scrub your jewellery while keeping it submerged in the bowl. Concentrate on any grooves or ridges the piece may have. Don't scrub too hard, though, or you risk scratching the item. Clean the jewellery for no longer than 10 minutes, then rinse and dry it with a clean, lint-free cloth. - Made in the UK

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for a range of products. When selecting the product, tick the gift wrap option before adding to your basket.
Yes, if you've selected our gift wrapping service you can add a note to the recipient when you click the option.

You can even choose your own Christmas or greetings card from our lovely selection and we will write your note on your chosen card for you.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
