We had a look around physical store - fantastic personable service - viewed a couple of Hay storage products. Measured up once home to see if suited and ordered on line - received goods a couple of days later carefully packed with recycled materials and with a personal note from store owner - great follow on service. Great for furniture too. Love shopping in Lifestory - bought a fantastic sofa and footstool recently. We were kept fully informed of the dates of manufacture and delivery by the very friendly and efficient staff.
