Ferm Living Giveaway & Free Gift

Instructions & terms

1. All orders that contain items from the Ferm Living (Ferm) collection will automatically be entered into the giveaway for the Two-Tier Plant Box. There is no minimum order level for entry

2. The free gift (1 x Balance Tealight Holder in Dark Aubergine) is automatic with Ferm purchases over £75 and is available while stocks last. The total from our Ferm collection of products just needs to reach £75 - items from other brands can be ordered at the same time

Obtaining the free gift:

1. When ordering online, add the Balance Tealight Dark Aubergine to your basket (at any point during your visit). Once your basket contains other Ferm goods to the value of £75 (excluding the Tealight), the price of the Tealight will change to zero and become your free gift

2. When ordering in-store, the staff member will offer you the free gift on purchases of £75 or more on Ferm products

Terms:

1. Giveaway offer is open until 26 November or until all free gifts are claimed
2. Sales of Ferm products online or in the store qualify for both the giveaway and the free gift. If purchasing in store, the staff member will take your contact details - so that if you are the winner we can contact you
3. Every order that includes a Ferm item(s) will be included in the giveaway draw
4. The winning order will be drawn at random and the recipient contacted by email. By entering the winner consents to their name being published in the announcement email
5. One free gift per order. The gift with purchase is limited to one tealight holder per qualifying order e.g. an order of £75 and an order of £200 would each receive one free tealight (you can come back to order multiple times and claim the gift each time that the conditions are met)
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers 
7. The management's decision in respect of all matters to do with the terms of the offer and giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into

FAQ:

Q. How many times can enter the giveaway for the Plant Box?
A. Every order containing something from the Ferm collection is entered into the giveaway, so if you order 3 times while the offer is live, you will have 3 entries

 

Q. I want to order a Ferm Living item but it's a 'pre-order' item e.g. a sofa or other furniture that has a lead time, does my order still qualify?
A. Yes

 

Q. Can I claim the free gift and be entered into the giveaway via the same qualifying order?
A. Yes

 

Q. What if I order £50 of Ferm and top up the order with another brand, can I claim the free gift?
A. No. Only orders to the value of £75 or more from the Ferm collection will qualify for the free gift

 

Q. If I place a qualifying order in-store today and another one online next week for delivery to a friend, will I get a free gift each time?
A. Yes, a free gift will be included with each order. You'll also be entered into the giveaway twice 
Q. When does the offer end?
26 Nov or such date as all free gifts are claimed
