We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Trivo is a tall, slim candle holder from House Doctor that exudes minimalist elegance - this is the medium size of this style. It is handmade which shows in its slightly irregular shape and finishing on the surface of the heavy iron.
It looks beautiful alone as a centrepiece to a table setting, or grouped with other sizes and ornaments for a showstopping display.

- Size: Diameter 7 cm x height 29 cm. Holds 2cm candle.
- Handmade item - no one will be exactly the same
- Material: Iron
- Care: Wipe with a soft cloth. Cleaning guide recommends that to maintain the finish, periodically reapply food-grade linseed or mineral oil and wipe off the excess. Excessive scouring may lighten the patina, which darkens again over time.

Yes, Gift Vouchers are a great way to give someone a Christmas Gift from Lifestory. Our vouchers work both in store and online for maximum convenience. They last for 12 months from date of purchase.
How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
