This luxury knitwear for dogs, the Extrafine Marino Wool Dog Coat in beige, is inspired by John Baldessari’s coluorful and conceptual artworks. It has been woven with exceptional quality cashmere and Merino wool with threads from Italian yarns.
These very soft and light natural fibres prevent itching and irritation even for the most sensitive of skins. They also keep the body temperature steady, providing warmth, insulation and comfort to the animal.
The Extrafine Marino Wool Dog Coat is a treat for your faithful friend and will keep them warm and smart.

At The Painter’s Wife, we are #MORETHANDOGS. We care for our dogs whilst caring for our planet. Our long-lasting products show our commitment to sustainable fashion and make our personal contribution to climate protection. So far, since we launched our project back in 2017, we’ve been working with high quality materials, most of them are of local origin, production and supply chain. Now we want to increase our commitment, and this begins with GREEN PAW, a project that focuses on sustainability in three main areas: Planet, Product and Community.
We care for our planet
recycling: our packaging is made from recycled cardboard and we use FSC Certified hang-tags on all our garments.
with our local production: 90% of our collection is produced in Galicia, our region, and in Portugal, only 100 km away from our HQ. This allows us to visit our suppliers regularly and to reduce the impact of our logistics operations on the environment.
We care for our product
with our raw materials: we choose durable materials that fit perfectly in your dog’s routine. We‘ve introduced more responsible fibre into our collection, finding the best versions of the two most used : polyester and cotton.
Our new outerwear is produced from GRS certified Recycled Polyester, obtained through the recycling and purification process of plastic waste collected from oceans, fishing nets, and textile fibre waste
