We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

The PC Portable is a stylish dimmable, portable lamp suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its freestanding nature and strong footing allow it to perch safely on tables, shelves, illuminating cubbies and dark corners all around your space. It works wonders as a nightlight too. We use them in-store to light up shelves, displays and shady corners - pop in to check them out.
Designed for HAY by Pierre Charpin and constructed in robust plastic and featuring a matte scratch- and water- resistant finish, its battery-powered design gives the freedom and flexibility to move it anywhere and recharge by USB.
The light source is hidden from view by a polycarbonate diffuser, available with both downlight and ambient output options, depending on the desired use.
The PC Portable Lamps are available in a variety of colour variants and are ideal for table lighting in domestic environments, as well as at cafés, restaurants and other public areas.

About the designer
Trained as an artist, Pierre Charpin has devoted himself to furniture and object design since the early 1990s. His approach to design is strongly influenced by his artistic background. Pierre’s research on form and colour characterise his work and can be seen in both, limited edition products and industrial products like the PC lamp. The use of a simple vocabulary and elementary forms is a constant aspect in his work, as well as the desire to offer sensual objects. Drawing, which he practices as a starting point for his designs, is an essential part of his creative process. Pierre Charpin's pieces have been included in exhibitions around the world and are held in many museum collections. He was elected Designer of the Year 2017 at Maison & Objet. He lives and works in Paris.

2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
