60 DAYS NO QUIBBLE RETURNS
We know you are leading a busy life and how fast the time can go, and so we have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Wool dryer balls speed up drying time by tossing the clothes around in the dryer, absorbing moisture, spreading the heat, and preventing static electricity. The wool dryer balls work by bouncing their way in between wet layers of clothing that would otherwise stick together or clump. They are a wonderful alternative to dryer sheets or other similar products.
The continuous separation of the layers of clothing allows the warm air from the dryer to dry the clothes more quickly and evenly. These wool dryer balls also absorb some of the moisture, adding a second benefit of drying.
Each would dryer ball is ethically hand felted from 100% New Zealand wool.
Our wool dryer balls are the best eco-friendly alternative to dryer sheets or plastic balls, since they are 100% natural, they don't release any chemicals during the drying process.
If you miss the lovely fragrance you had when using dryer sheets, try this much healthier and better alternative: Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to each of the dryer balls or spray them with your favourite natural room or clothing spray (ask us for options). Give them time to absorb the oil over night and they'll be ready for the next load! You'll notice a subtle, non-toxic fragrance in your clean, soft laundry.
NB we found that our dogs also LOVE these as an alternative to a tennis ball. Goldrick's make natural wool dog toys, which we also sell, but sometimes it just has to be a sheep-faced dryer ball for playtime!
