Pawness was created in 2019 by designer Denise after she spotted a gap in the market for aesthetically pleasing, practical and well made dog products.
Her dog, Bo, came to the Netherlands from Portugal where he had lived on the streets before being rescued by HomelessDogs Foundation. Whilst searching for good quality, stylish and ethically produced dog supplies for Bo, Denise discovered it was easy to get one or two, but never never all three qualities in one product.... so she put pen to paper, and Pawness was born.
Pawness is a woman owned brand, creating mall-batch practical products for pets which fit into stylish homes, utilising sustainable materials, ethical, low-impact methods.

Bought as a birthday gift for my friend, and it was carefully gift-wrapped. I was thinking of buying this at Selfridges, but it was out of stock. Fortunately, I had my eye on it from this local store in Edinburgh. It is about a 15-minute walk from my place. Will definitely pay a visit to the store in the future.

I had actually visited Life Story with a plan to look at Hays lighting. However I spotted the Type B Sunglasses in the sale section and they were just what I was looking for. Maybe January isn't the most obvious time to purchase sunglasses and it was more with a view to wear them when the thermometer readings start to rise?
