By day, Ross is an Edinburgh based structural engineer. And by day, when equipped with brushes and paint, he is RossJDesigns - watercolour card designer.
Ross started making cards for friends and family because he was, in his own admission, too lazy to buy them. This talent and artistic hobby soon grew, with a collection of uplifting and cute designs materialising into cards and prints.
All packaging is plastic free and Ross donates 10% of his profits to Ecologi, to help plant new trees and support sustainable projects.

Lovely spoons especiallyfor eating boiled eggs. I’m fed up of good cutlery getting discoloured. These are perfect and come in a wide range of colours as a very reasonable price. Lovely quality too.

I stumbled into this store on a trip to Edinburgh and it was a true delight! I love lifestyle shops and this one is at the top of my list. I have told so many people about Life Story and I love all the amazing things I purchased. Especially the ceramic coffee pot! They were so accommodating and even shipped the pot back home to the states. I will certainly be ordering again and will visit whenever I’m back in Edinburgh !
