We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Wooden hard bristle dishwashing brush in untreated beechwood & hard bristles, with a useful metal hook on the handle.
The head of this dishwashing brush is interchangeable. The holder is specially designed so that both the large and small replacement dishwashing brush heads fit on each handle. These stiffer plant fibre brushes are ideal for pots and pans. The soft horsehair brushes (also available to buy) enable you to clean plates and cups thoroughly.
Replacement brush heads are available, no need to replace the handle every time.

- Care: Dry at room temperature by hanging the brush by the hook or resting on a teatowel
- To replace the head, squeeze the metal neck and pull, switch the heads then squeeze and push it back into the hole.

We offer customers the chance to sign up to our newsletter to hear about offers, special events and exclusives, for which we give you a discount off your first online order. There are some exclusions to this discount code, like Gift Vouchers, Sale items and some small brands e.g. Borja Moronta, Rosie Gore and others (see FAQ).
If you signed up after your first order, or forgot to input the code at the checkout, you can use it on your next one.
The discount needs to be used when the order is being placed online by the customer. It is not possible to use the discount for an in-store purchase (it can be used for click and collect) and the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
