We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Have A Look's distinctive octagonal sunglasses, 'Edgy', are slender with a graphic flair. These frames complement most facial shapes, and they are lightweight and comfortable to wear. An expressive style, perfect for those with a love of design and shape or anyone wanting something a little different.
All of Have A Look's sunglasses are unisex, with comfortable, hard-wearing flexi-arms with spring hinges for comfortable fit for various face sizes and shapes. The frames are bio-based, crafted from 45% castor-bean oil, ensuring they are robust, lightweight and durable.
The thin, lightweight lenses are made of high-quality polycarbonate and provide 100% UV-protection - rated as category 3 for super sun reduction. The glasses come with a free felt case (worth €6).

- Care: Your Have a Look glasses always come in a felt case, so they are guaranteed to reach you safely. And so you can look after them; use a fibre cloth and warm water with a bit of soap if your glasses get greasy, or polish with a glasses cloth to remove finger prints.
WHAT ARE BIOPLASTICS?
Bioplastics are plastic materials derived from biomass (e.g. maize, beets, sugar cane, bamboo etc.), whereas traditional plastic is made from crude oil (a fossil resource). Have A Look's new BIOplastic is derived from the castor oil plant – from the oil from its beans, to be precise.
Like their traditional plastic (polycarbonate) glasses, the BIOplastic glasses are quality glasses with a long lifetime. They are not made to be decomposed in nature. Like their traditional plastic glasses, Have A Look's BIOplastic glasses are 100% recyclable and should be put in the plastic waste container when their useful life is up, to be disposed of in an environmentally responsible way.

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
