We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

The Meander Spoon is an artistic, organic addition to any dining situation, its fluid shape inspired by meandering rivers and paths found in nature.
Made entirely from carbonised ash wood, the sculpted spoon has visible grain, providing the otherwise simple piece with a subtle, intriguing pattern. Use the Meander Spoon as a functional kitchen tool which can easily be brought into the dining room as a decorative element in your table setting.

- Materials: FSC certified Ash wood with a carbonised finish - the charred scent of the wood will diminish over time. Variation in the wood colour and charring will occur
- Care: NOT dishwasher safe. Handwash with dish soap and rinse well

Yes, Gift Vouchers are a great way to give someone a Christmas Gift from Lifestory. Our vouchers work both in store and online for maximum convenience. They last for 12 months from date of purchase.
How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
4. If you don't see your gift voucher email within 5 minutes please check your junk mail as it may have gone in there
