If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

The Rains 2 Way Tote Backpack is a clean, commuter-friendly design with tote function.
This backpack design is characterized by a fold-top opening and signature TPU strap details with top handles.
The fold-top opening gives full access to a spacious main compartment with multiple slip and zip pockets and a padded pocket that fits a 16” laptop. On the backside you find a pocket with quick entry for smaller essentials like keys and phone.
Wear the 2 Way Tote Backpack as a traditional backpack by adjusting the padded shoulder straps, or as a tote bag using the top handles. Snap attachments on the straps catch excess length of the straps when worn as a tote.
2 Way Tote Backpack is cut from Rains' signature PU fabric, engineered for carrying strength, durability and a smooth feel.

2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
