Storefactory Ceramic Tree Norrskog Large, White
Norrskog is a simple, sculptural fir tree, and the large size is the one that holds a room. At 18 cm tall it has real presence on a mantelpiece, a hall table or a sideboard, yet the shape stays pared back and the surface soft, with no glitter or fuss anywhere in sight.
This version is made in untreated matte ceramic, a Storefactory hallmark, which gives it a chalky, snow dusted quality quite different from the glazed trees. Lovely standing alone, and lovelier still with the small and medium sizes gathered around it in white and green, so you end up with a proper little wood running across the table.
Because each tree is handmade, small dots or pits may appear in the ceramic and your Norrskog may differ slightly from the photographs. Please note ceramics can break if knocked or dropped, and sharp fragments and small parts can cause injury, so keep out of reach of small children and pets.

- Care: Dust with a dry cloth. The matte ceramic is untreated, so marks can be lifted with a specialist cleaning sponge rather than water. Avoid soaking, and handle with care as ceramic chips easily.

We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

All orders are picked and carefully packed with a personal note from our Edinburgh store. We pride ourselves on recycling packaging and ensuring that even the most fragile pieces arrive safely and undamaged.

We offer customers the chance to sign up to our newsletter to hear about offers, special events and exclusives, for which we give you a discount off your first online order. There are some exclusions to this discount code, like Gift Vouchers, Sale items and some small brands e.g. Borja Moronta, Rosie Gore and others (see FAQ).

How it works:
1. Choose one gift voucher or combine to make the amount you desire e.g. £50 + £20 = £70
2. The gift vouchers will be delivered by email immediately and have a 12 month lifetime
3. The gift voucher is a 12 digit code which can be redeemed online/in-store
