We have extended the standard returns policy from 14 days to a generous 60 days.
If your purchase does not meet your expectations simply let us know, and then return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached, within 60 days of receipt.
Please note that the conditions 'unused and in its original packaging, with labels attached' is a requirement of our returns policy, we will not accept returns that are returned in any other condition. We will then either exchange it or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer.
The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error.

Once you've enjoyed your candle you can clean it out to re-use as a new favourite mug.
1. Soak Your Mug
Soak your materials in a pool of hot water. The remaining wax will melt to liquid, either dispose of this in the bin or save it to re-heat and pour another candle.
2. Scrub
With hot, soapy water clean your jar with a sponge or scrubber.
3. Finish
Use a blunt knife or spoon to detach the wick clasp from the bottom of your jar. Soak again and give a final wash.
Candle care: When burning your scented candle for the first time allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the jar. This will ensure an even burn throughout the candle and will avoid what is known as tunnelling, where only part of the wax melts, creating a shorter burn life. Soy wax has a lower melting point than other waxes, thats why they throw the scent so well and last longer than others.
Before each burn it is essential to ensure you have removed any unnecessary wick, trimming the wick to approximately 1/4 inch. This is really easy and can be done simply by pinching the burnt wick away with your fingers, before it is lit of course, or using a wick trimmer. This will ensure the candle doesn't give off any nasty black smoke.
When lighting the candle make sure that no wick trimmings or used matches are in the wax, always burn your candle on an even and fire resistant surface and ensure that it is away from flammable items.
Never burn the candle for longer than 4 hours at a time and when extinguishing the glass will be hot so be careful.
Always burn your candle within sight, away from drafts and never leave it unattended. Please keep it out of reach of children and pets.
